Location: Birmingham Business Park
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (Negotiable D.O.E)
Hours of Work: 9AM – 5PM (Monday – Friday)

We’re looking for a Facilities Management Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring service excellence and driving operational success.
You must have previous FM experience to be considered.

Your Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion.
- Supplier & Contractor Liaison: Manage relationships to guarantee cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitor budgets to maintain cost efficiency and compliance with financial targets.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services and business development.
