Project Supervisor – Renewable Energy Projects
Location: UK-Wide Travel Required (HQ Based in Warwickshire)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the on-site delivery of commercial renewable energy installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in M&E, HVAC, mechanical, or renewable energy projects who enjoys working across multiple sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The Role
As Project Supervisor, you will act as the company’s on-site representative, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
You may be responsible for a single project or several sites simultaneously, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities across renewable energy installation projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and specialist contractors on-site
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and health & safety legislation
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and routine safety inspections
- Liaise effectively with clients, principal contractors and site teams
- Monitor project progress and report any delays, risks or issues
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure work is completed to specification
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Assist with commissioning and project handover activities
About You We would like to hear from candidates with:
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Site Manager or similar role
- Experience supervising M&E, HVAC, construction or renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures, RAMS and CDM regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across different sites
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Desirable Qualifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Experience working on renewable energy or heat pump installations
- Mechanical or electrical background
