Job Description:
Our client, a leading training provider and contact centre, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join their team in Coventry. This is a hybrid working role, offering the flexibility to work both from home and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from banking customers.
- Providing digital banking advice, including app usage and general internet usage.
- Offering low-level support on how to use the banking app over the telephone.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
- Basic understanding of digital banking and internet usage.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
