Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Hybrid Working)

Job Description:
Our client, a leading training provider and contact centre, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join their team in Coventry. This is a hybrid working role, offering the flexibility to work both from home and in the office.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from banking customers.
  • Providing digital banking advice, including app usage and general internet usage.
  • Offering low-level support on how to use the banking app over the telephone.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
  • Basic understanding of digital banking and internet usage.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
