Contract Support Administrator
Location: Coleshill, B46
Hours: Variable between 8:30AM – 5:30PM (Monday – Friday), 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

As a Contract Support Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients operations run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support for various contracts.
- Preparing and sending job quotes for cleaning and pest control services.
- Updating client portals with the latest information.
- Scheduling mobile teams for on-site jobs.
- Managing payroll and processing timesheets.
- Creating and processing worksheets efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative/scheduling role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience within maintenance.
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience supervising teams.
