Contract Support Administrator (Facilities Scheduler)
 
Location: Birmingham Business Park, B37
Hours: Variable between 8AM – 6PM (Monday – Friday), 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 per annum

As a Contract Support Administrator (Facilities Scheduler), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients operations run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for various contracts.
  • Preparing and sending job quotes for cleaning and pest control services.
  • Updating client portals with the latest information.
  • Scheduling mobile teams for on-site jobs.
  • Managing payroll and processing timesheets.
  • Creating and processing worksheets efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative/scheduling role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within maintenance.

Desirable Experience:

  • Prior experience supervising teams.
