Multi-Skilled Engineer
 
Location: West Midlands – National Coverage (projects are carried out across the UK)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)

 Club Connective is recruiting for a skilled 2-person team of Multi-Skilled Operatives to support a range of Major Works and property maintenance projects across the UK.

 
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople who can work independently, deliver high-quality workmanship, and travel nationwide as required.

Key Skills Required Applicants should be competent in a range of the following disciplines:

  • Minor plumbing repairs and installations
  • Minor civils works
  • General fabric maintenance
  • Boarding and basic plastering
  • Basic floor laying (flat lay vinyl, carpet tiles etc.)
  • Joinery, including fitting fire doors
  • Painting and decorating

The Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Experience working within commercial or occupied buildings
  • A flexible approach to nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a 2-person team
