Club Connective is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing renewable energy specialist delivering commercial Ground Source Heat Pump installations across the UK.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Ground Source Heat Pumps, drilling operations, groundworks or excavation projects who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear route towards Project Management.
  
The Role You will support the delivery of commercial renewable energy projects, overseeing site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Previous Site Supervisor experience would be beneficial, but our client is open to candidates who have strong Ground Source Heat Pump, drilling or excavation experience and are looking to progress into a supervisory role.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities on site.
• Manage subcontractors, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in line with project specifications.
• Maintain quality standards and project documentation.
• Support site health & safety requirements, inspections and permits.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Assist with project commissioning and handover activities.

• Assistant Site Supervisor
• Drilling Supervisor
• Groundworks Supervisor
• Site Engineer
• Ground Source Heat Pump Installer
• Drilling Operative looking to progress

Requirements:

• Ground Source Heat Pump, drilling or excavation experience is highly desirable.
• CSCS Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ambition to progress into a Project Management role.
