Location: Birmingham Business Park, B37
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM

Club Connective are seeking a Service Manager to join one of our clients based on Birmingham Business Park.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Fostering a motivated and empowered team.
  • Customer Excellence: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Operational Management: Oversee the performance review process, manage assets (vehicles, plant, etc.), and maintain productivity.
  • Financial Goals: Achieve monthly invoicing targets, control costs, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Compliance and Standards: Uphold company policies, improve processes, and ensure adherence to business and client requirements.

 
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A proven track record in facilities management or a related field, with a focus on reactive service delivery.
  • Leadership: Strong people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Operational Expertise: Excellent time management, technical understanding, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Key Attributes: Approachability, creativity, determination, financial acumen, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 
Performance Expectations:

  • Ensure client KPIs and benchmarks are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a high first-time fix rate and achieve year-on-year improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure staff and operative turnover remains below 10%.
  • Deliver all financial and operational targets while adhering to company standards.
